Greetings from Uganda

Child Hug Uganda's Covid-19 emergency programme has helped many people in Uganda.

On the 23rd of April, CHU distributed 10kgs of maize flour (posho), 9kg of beans, a bar of soap and 1kg of sugar to the most vulnerable individuals in their community. Food distribution will continue as long as resources last.

CHU has also continued to distribute malaria- and HIV-medication in addition to the emergency programme. The Ugandan government has stopped distributing mosquito nets during the pandemic.
